The Finocchiona is one of the largest cured meats symbol of the Tuscan tradition. The product is characterized by the selection of selected, certified and controlled fresh pork meat, and by the addition of ingredients such as salt, black pepper, garlic and seeds/or fennel flowers. Minimum maturation of 15 days.
