Pasteurised cow’s milk cheese from the Trentino region. This product is characterized by a solid slightly rough rind, within it a straw yellow compact texture with holes in the size of a cherry are presents. The flavour is sweet and complex with notes of hazelnuts and honey. Lactose-free and gluten-free product.
