Semi-fat cheese made with partially skimmed raw cow’s milk. The soft and smooth/wrinkled rind has a soft and elastic texture with a pale straw-yellow colour with sparse holes. The flavour is  sweet and melting. The ripening is minimum 60 days. Product also available in the "Alpine" version (Code: 16264) (Seasonal sale).
