Greek cheese made from local sheep’s and goat’s milk. The product has a semi-hard texture with a pleasant and slightly acidic taste. The aging is at least 2-3 months. Product also available in a vacuum-sealed block of 200 gr (Code: 1411, 12 pieces per carton) and in cubes of 150 gr (Code: 21411, 12 pieces per carton).
