From the union of cow’s milk and sheep’s milk comes the Occelli with muscat grappa and fruit. The cheese has on the rind dried fruits such as: apricot, berries (blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries) and figs, all these elements are covered with moscato grappa. The texture is compact with an ocher colour. The product hides a sweet flavour of grappa and fruit.
