Cheese made with local sheep’s milk. The product is treated on the rind with vegetable extra-virgin olive oil to preserve the flavour. Inside, a white colour texture with a sweet and unique taste is presented. The flavour is enhanced by the local aromatic plants (thyme, savory and mugwort) which give excellent organoleptic properties.
