Sicilian semi-cooked cheese made from raw whole sheep’s milk. The rind which has the footprints of the basket where the formation takes place is characterized by a hard texture with small holes and enriched with black pepper in grains. The product is seasoned for 4-8 months.The product is also available in the version without black pepper.
