Aromatic alpine cheese made with raw cow’s milk. Etivaz owns a natural rind with a brownish colour. Inside a fine ivory texture presents a pure flavour which is aromatic, fruity with smoky notes. The product is also available in full-body wheel from 12 kg (Code: 3038).
