Parmigiano Reggiano is produced with partially skimmed  cow’s milk. The aging of 30/36 months presents a product with a straw yellow texture which is dry, crumbly and grainy. The flavour is intense and strong of dried fruit. Seasoned product 30 months also available: 1/8 vacuum (Code: 30307, Carton x1) and 300 gr (FIXED WEIGHT, PARCHMENT PAPER - Code: 33310, Carton x16). On request also available Parmigiano Reggiano 48 months (WHEEL - Code: 24000).
