Semi-matured cheese made from sheep’s and goat’s milk. The dark brown rind presents at the inside a compact slightly look pale yellow texture. The flavour is pleasant and slightly spicy. The product is aged at least for 180 days. t is also available in 2 kg version (Code: 32320).
