Sicilian cheese made from raw whole sheep’s milk. The product has a cylindrical shape with the impression of the basket where it is formed. The thin rind hides a compact ivory white texture enriched with grains of black pepper. The flavour is rich and pleasant. The product is also available in 12 kg size (Code: 2615).
