Sicilian cheese made from raw whole sheep’s milk. The product has a cylindrical shape with the impression of the basket where it is formed. The thin rind hides a compact ivory-white texture enriched with chilli. The flavour is sapid, pleasant and slightly spicy. The product is also available in 12 kg format. (Code: 2617).
