Cow’s milk cheese. The  Pizzoccherina presents a thin rind with a soft and elastic texture with medium holes. The taste has hints of butter with pleasant aromas of fresh milk. The product is aged in the Valtellina region. Ideal for the making of pizzoccheri (traditional recipe).
